I have my Fantasy draft this Thursday. To be honest, I have not any alot of time to research. Which sites do you recommend for the best rankings, stats, etc

One nice site for a quick analysis of players, ranking of positions, etc. -- and best of all, for FREE !! -- is http://www.askthecommish.com

They have a "draft kit" in a pdf file you can download that has thumbnail reviews of many individual players, along with rankings. Just updated a day or two ago.
